Position: Telesales Incharge

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the Telesales Team to Increase coverage of outlets and markets.

Handle customer queries & complaints instantly.

Collect feedback from customers. Ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Properly reporting to management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Excellent organizational, communication & Leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Salary: 15K - 20K.

Festival Bonus: 2.
