Job Context

We are looking for a Young, Energetic, target-oriented, Self-Motivated, and Proactive Female to be an Employee as a Telemarketer, who has Experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities

-Call To our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.

-De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.

-Follow up with marketing team customers daily.

-Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.

-Take contact reports from the marketing team every day & contact customers.

Employment Status

Full-time

Office Time: 10 AM - 7 PM (1 hour lunch break)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

-At least 1 year of Telemarketing, call center, and customer service experience is requested to apply.

-Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

-Age 22 to 35 years
